Drink at least 12-to-24 ounces of water or a sports drink 30-to-60 minutes before your donation. Proper hydration helps ensure the procedure is well-tolerated and recovery is quicker. 8. Limit caffeinated beverages and milk on the day of your donation, as they reduce iron absorption and can elevate your pulse. 9. Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your donation to prevent dehydration. 10. Avoid foods high in saturated fats and cholesterol the night before your donation, as they can make the donation process longer. 11. Get a good night’s rest before your donation to aid in quicker recovery. 12. This app is soo bad!! It constantly wants you to change your password and then when you do change it it doesn't want to log you in!! You guys need to do better!!
Good afternoon went for the first time ever to go and donate on a Monday every owner perfectly fine went my second time the phlebotomist couldn’t find my vein on my left arm kept taking it in and out called another person both of them messed it up. Then they commence to work on my right arm instantly felt pain they had blown my right vein. Not worth the money or time then they want to apologize to the phlebotomist why my arms are the ones that got messed up. She should be fired.
Grifols staff are so vibrant with the most bubbly happy attitudes that you could ever come across which makes me continue to go and donate because of the staff they’re so outgoing so fun to be around and very professional thank you sincerely Robert Martinez ❤️

The center it’s self is cool bathrooms stay clean for the most part but staff on the other hand is terrible they are rude & don’t know how to talk to customers they complain about being at work just everything except making sure the customers are comfortable they say we can’t use the kiosk without manger permission which is weird because the kiosk is there for our use I got deferred for supposedly using the kiosk I still haven’t got any more information from them very unprofessional
