User Reviews
They charge you $149 a month not even for the medication but just the fee to keep you eligible for the medication. Then they make it impossible to cancel through your phone (app crashes or errors out) so you have to log in through a laptop. Customer service also makes you wait 1-3 days. Rip off!
I’m very impressed with RO
Such a breeze using an app that does not have pops up adds or unnecessary pop ups. Very calming and refreshing graphics. Awesome!
No soy de poner review pero los recomiendo a ojos cerrados va
I used Ro for one month and then I was supposed to get the okay from a doctor via the app the continue the medication. I did not get that info and could not talk to the doctor, and they continued to charge me for the Ro subscription which I had already tried to cancelled. I tried to talk to somebody but the “help center” is just popular questions.
These scam artists give the intentionally false impression that youre signing up for $139 GLP meds, what you’re actually signing up for is a MEMBERSHIP. Their website does a deliberately poor job of eliding this fact, no doubt confusing tens of thousands of people to sign up for something they don’t want, don’t need, and can likely get for free from a real doctor. Total fraudsters, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company since I’m unable to get a person there to communicate with. Trash company.
They are not upfront about pricing and do not notify you when they will charge you for the membership which is AN ADDITIONAL $149 a month!!! Making it $300-400 a month for treatment. If I would have known that I would have to pay for a membership and for medication I never would have signed up. They also didn’t allow me to use my insurance which should have been my first sign of something wrong.
i’ve been using Ro for months. every time i needed a new prescription i would have to check in with a doctor and request one. Randomly they sent out a new prescription with no request and no check in with a doctor and i’m out of town so now it’s going to sit in front of my house in the heat and possibly be stolen because i’m out of town. Also they charged my credit card for medicine i did not request. NOT OK. plus you can’t call them. there is no way to contact a human being. beware.
The app itself costs $150/month, in addition to whatever the meds will cost (which started at $150/month for me and gradually went up to $200/month as dosage increased). So the total for me would have been $300-$350/month. It’s just more than I can personally afford. If you only needed to check in with a doctor once every 3 or 6 months, so that you only paid for the medicine the rest of the time, I’d invest in myself. As the pricing is it would be almost $4,000 a year for me.
Downloaded the app 5 days ago and I picked up my zepbound a couple hours ago. No issues. I paid $24 at the pharmacy.
