The bad ingredients are highlighted in red, and by tapping on them you can learn why. My wife has been following Bobby for a while now but I never got into much until my A1c level reached borderline diabetes. Now that I’m paying attention to what I eat, I run all our food choices through Bobby’s app and shop at Cosco’s. Also love his videos!!!! Very informative and fun to watch!!!
When I need to know, Bobby has done the research. Saves me from having to do the research. He is the research. And a great teacher. I have shared this app with many. Here is to making it easier to care for yourself with food !

Use it every time I go to the store so helpful
This guy has no education, training, or certifications in nutrition or food science. Anti seed oil claims without evidence aren’t helping anyone eat healthier. No thanks. Deleting app and will use something evidence-based.
