Great app for accessing MHealthyVet information and Secure Messaging.
Out of all the government worker apps, this one is easiest to use. It’s streamlined, categorized, and simplified. Everything fits into those categories and everything you need is there. Messaging your care team is a breeze, and there’s even an option to refill your prescriptions in there if you have them. Overall, cuts back on time spent waiting on the phone or in hospitals, makes the life of the Vet easier, and gives you a place to review all those medical tests and info you need to check up on.
When I login on my iPhone 16 Pro, everything loads perfectly fine when I login on my brand new iPad, I cannot see my medical records. After I cleared my cachet deleted the app, restarted the iPad, re-download the app logged in everything was there so now my iPhone and my iPad are running the same version and works perfect. I would not have been able to navigate through the app (no instructions) unless the myhealthevet person at the Portland VA showed me. There is incorrect personal info and no instructions on how to correct it. How do I do that? Thx, Lewis A Van Osdel III, MD
Every time I try to check records I get an error code saying that “ we can’t access your lab records right now”. This happens every time. What good is the app then?
NEVER GET a RESPONSE FROM PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER!!! Always from an administration worker!!?? Message is directed to Primary care provider.
