I really enjoyed working here! The nurse Alex is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The scheduler is so patient and kind. The clients were a pleasure to care for. The facility was nice and clean. I will work for them again!

★★★★Take too much money🇺🇸 US

They take too much money, they take all day to send the money, and the options are always scarce…

Worst and most difficult for health care workers to be able to start working and picking up shifts

ShiftKey should be ashamed of themselves for letting these facilities play in our faces with last-minute cancellations.

I have been a nurse for a very long time. I have been working the apps for per diem nursing for over five years. This platform is probably the one I hate the most aside from one other one. You have to “bid” on jobs and you might get the shift or you might not. Your shift might get accepted a minute prior to the shift starting. The rates they offer are garbage not to mention all the “small” fees they take out as well. If shifts cancel you especially short notice you will get an email stating they are going to increase your points for reliability. Don’t believe it. It is a lie. Their customer service is nasty attitudes, not knowledgeable about anything that deals with shift key. So if you are bored and have time to waste, this is the app for you…

Unexplainable deductions. Incredibly hard to communicate with an actual person, and when you do you get the run around. The app points fingers at facilities and the facilities point fingers at the app..

It is saying that I need something to start my shifts back and no human person to speak with about issues

★★★★Pay issues🇺🇸 US

I worked a few shifts at a facility. I was paid for a portion of one shift. ShiftKey then sent an email that they were going to reverse that charge and pay me $48.50 for 8.6 hours as an RN. I called them immediately. Customer service isn’t able to help with payment so it has to be sent to another department. It then gets assigned to a person (Laquita) who is then given 48-72 business hours to respond back. (I don’t think they actually mean that, I think they mean 2-3 business days because 72 business hours would be like 9 days). So waited and was told on the 4th business day that it was once again assigned to Laquita! And that I need to wait 72 business hours for her to respond!!! I have called a few times to have this addressed. I get many different answers for why it’s taking so long. It’s the facility; it’s not Shift key, Laqueta hit a snag; they don’t know what it is and didn’t read it anywhere but they know that she hit a snag. There is no supervisor, there is no way to possibly speak to Laqueta and absolutely no one that answers the phone knows how to help! Today I asked it to be escalated. Rosemary said that she was emailing her supervisor to get them to call me back. She knew they weren’t available but couldn’t give me an estimate of when they’d call me. And no one calls back. You call back and get the runaround again. Dude, I’m going to have to call the department of Labor to get money that I worked very hard for! Why is it so hard to get paid for your shifts you work and even harder to get someone on the phone that could fix their problem in 30 seconds!?!?
