The app doesn’t move to appointment menus from main menu. Rather important

Seem to always have issues getting lab results to upload. Always says it will take several minutes. But never uploads. Would like to be able to print my results since they can’t get sent to my doctor. If there is a way to print it’s not easy to find.

Despite recent visit. Unable to locate any records.

Go figure, I can’t check my results or appointments or previous visits or anything else this app promises to do, but I can sure pay the bill!

The app doesn’t work. It shows me history from five years ago but won’t load any recent information. Just spins/loads endlessly for multiple different pages. I spoke to a person in the Urgent Care who confirmed that this is a problem with the app and that she recommends I go there so she can print my records out for me. What a waste of time.

The app is extremely slow when trying retrieve records. It doesn’t seem to make a difference whether you’ve recently accessed them or you haven’t accessed them for a long time. “This may take several minutes” always seems to pop up. Also, the “manage relationships/proxy” section doesn’t seem to do what it should. To me, that should allow me to manage records for my household/family. It doesn’t. I can only seem to add their demographics or insurance. That function is not helpful. That could be done at the time of visit. I need to access records via the app when we are not present at the facility.

Learn some patient satisfaction. Your platform is not user friendly to point I am cancelling future appointments and switching to Baptist or St Vincents. "HORRENDOUS"

Results are slow to upload. The results are slow to get posted-2 days plus

The app consistently states it is accessing the records and it will take a few minutes but it’s been over 24 hours and no records. They were there the day before.

I have used it in the past with no issues now it tells me it has to load my information and after 20 min and three attempts nothing has loaded.
