Clipboard - Workers

The app absolutely sucks facilities pay wayyyy more than clipboard wants to give there workers for a shift. I hate this app it’s so many others with better facilities and pay. If I can rate it zero stars I would. They don’t have there workers back at all and make the rules as they go. They couldn’t pay me enough to work for them again

I really enjoy clipboard there’s a few things that could be changed, it’s very easy to pick up once you have ur onboarding setup but facilities like to cancel on you and for you to cancel a shift it affects you A LOT I don’t enjoy that what so every

Clipboard will place you on DNR list for facilities you never even stepped foot into. Book at your own risk.

Phone does not alert you when shifts are posted, not even a vibration. You actively have to be looking at your phone & the app 'to catch a shift' before it disappears. it's such a waste of time to dedicate such time to sitting & looking at your phone. Lowest rate of pay for agency (facility staff's are definitely getting paid more at this point). Use of GPS on Always just to view shifts is garbage. To have my location on 24/7 for Clipboard usage is beyond encroaching territory. The purpose of agency is blurring the lines of idk what. No penalties for facilities when cancelled. Penalties only for healthcare workers which is unjust. Clipboard & facilities play in the face of healthcare workers & give regurgitated useless responses to pacify.

The are not reliable and honest . They pick and choose who to favor and who not to favor. I’m just putting 1 star because I have to put something.

The app used to work fine, now it goes to black and constantly resets, making it very hard to fill out required documents to pick up shifts. it’s honestly killing all functionality of the app. Clipboard for iOS… fix it please

This app seems like a scam so I deleted it.

This app doesn’t even deserve one star. Incapable of providing quality customer service. You’d be better off with using other recruiting businesses.

Clipboard does not protect you as staff they will deactivate your account and cancel and dnr based off whatever facility states without hearing you. You could work at a facility for months and have perfect attendance but if anything happened that causes anyone in management to be upset with you- it’s likely they’ll dNR you and or have your account deleted based on lies! Clipboard is not worth it. It’s a hassle to even get help and or better yet someone to hear you or believe what’s going on in a facility because you are agency. 0/5

Only good thing about this app is instant pay and making your own schedule. Besides that. You’re paid way less than staff. Facilities cancel then you’re stuck making no money for that day and miss out on all the shifts that were posted. Clipboard DOES NOT look in the best interest of the nurses or whatever your title is. And support is not helpful in anything. You here needs to be a facility cancelation rate or something bc we can book a shift a month away and immediately cancel it and lose 25 points. But facilities can cancel whenever and nothing. Clipboard needs to start holding facilities accountable. It’s as simple as that
