Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I went on vacation this week, and, I decided to have a smoothie or two. I use the app and purchased them. No problem. Then I get home, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe has decided that my activity was “unusual“ and so they shut down my account! I guess they don’t really want me using their product, unless I use it exactly the way they feel I should. I find the developers response disingenuous at best. To say “this isn’t the experience we expect for our guests.” When this is the exact experience they’ve created, is nonsensical. UPDATE: heretohelp@tsc actually took my email and claimed that I said here and in my email that they disabled my account because I wrote a negative review. I wrote a negative review because they disabled my account. See, they’re not even interested in being honest.

Every time this app is updated it works worse and worse

The App has its moments when it wants to work and when it doesn’t. Currently my app doesn’t work at all no matter how many times I close the App reset my phone it’s still not working. I used WiFi and turned it off but the App is still loading. I have the latest version of the App but I’m not understanding why it’s not loading.

Never ordered from app because it just wont open. Tried to wait for as long as possible before and it took around 30 minutes before it decided to open and then closed itself out when i tried to order something.

Hi, I am writing this for an idea regarding the app. Many places have an option to select “no ice or less ice” on their apps from Taco Bell to McDonald’s and so on. Can you please work to have the app developers create such an option so that we can select less ice in our smoothie if we order online? Or simply make a comment option when ordering online so we can write any specifics we want? Please consider this. Thank you, I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe otherwise!

They promote rewards and benefits from only ordering online but when you go to order on the app it declines all cards and Apple Pay

Worked great for weeks then last week unable to pay when ordering for pick up. Really wastes my time when I have to order in person

I can’t ever order pickup because it is unavailable then I go to the store and it’s there so what’s the point of ordering ahead if it doesn’t work

Love the app! Ordering is made easy. The only thing I would add is the option to substitute honey or add honey to the smoothies! Other than that, it’s amazing

This grossed me out. I don’t understand how this is even possible. I’m gonna go buy a blender.
