This app needs an overhaul I’ve had to change my password multiple times and I still can’t access my account!!!! Please fix the app Make the app easier Add password hints Damn this app pisses me off

I don’t understand every time they have issues in login and can’t get code and they didn’t pick up call for help what is this can’t understand.

Cannot find my doctors, Office visit notes, test results, or medication list!!! This is the only medical group I have a problem with.

This app is completely useless. Do not use. Had to give it one star just so this review could get through. It should be ZERO stars.

I am 26 years old, I like to think I am technically savy. I spent 5 minutes looking for how to make a follow up appointment with my PCP for a physical, which I never found out how to do. I moved on trying to make a new patient appointment with my PCP and planned on putting in the message “annual physical” so that they would know. When I tried to make the new appointment it wouldnt show my PCP or doctors anywhere near me even with filtering my zip code and my home address. Instead it kept showing me doctors in Manhattan and Huntington, both 20 miles the opposite directions of me. I gave up and called the scheduling number and made my appointment the old fashioned way and just out of curiosity I asked the person on the phone if they received multiple complaints about the app to which they said daily. Northwell, whoever you got on your software or application teams, I’d suggest hiring competent people with all the money you guys have.

In the old app I could easily schedule an appt with my PCP. It was as simple as clicking book again. Ever since the upgrade I now I have to search for my provider every time. And then enter my insurance information. Plus when asked to fill out forms for an appt clicking the button takes me to a page where it looks like I should have to login but there isn’t actually a place to login. Super frustrating all around.

I appreciate the convenience of being able to book appointments and communicate with my providers with quick responses. However, it would be very helpful if the app included the option to view lab orders. I’m currently having difficulty confirming some important lab orders. Please consider looking into adding this feature.

Every time I try to make a new appointment with my doctor the app keeps on loading and then goes back to the main screen. It’s really irritating because it is not working correctly. It’s really annoying. I figured maybe it was just temporary. But I tried a month later to reschedule an appointment and that didn’t work. So I tried making a new appointment and that wouldn’t work. I can’t stand it. Now I have to call up my doctor’s office directly and make my appointments. My Catholic Health app is so much better. But the doctors that I have in Northwell Health I have difficulties with because the app sucks. That’s why I really try to find a doctor. That’s in Catholic Health. But unfortunately, there are two doctors that I see that are in Northwell Health and I don’t have a choice in that because they are really great doctors.

The captcha verification sequence is literally endless. I spent 10 minutes tapping through dozens of images and nothing works. Horrible verification method.

Impossible to login to. I would request a text message and once I click the link it tells me that there was an "error" and thats it. I called customer support and they pretty much told me that they can't help me. Not too sure what else I'm supposed to do in this situation.
