Keeps on logging me out. I tried resetting my password because I can’t remember my old one and it’s telling me unable to reset password
Sucks that they make me go to the website to save a few bucks
With all the fraud going on, not having the option for Apple Pay is a massive miss.
Just absolute dog water. Haven’t ordered from Marco’s in a long time and won’t again. Seems like nothing has changed.
This app almost seems like it was made to be as irritating as possible.
Just today I was ordering an extra large two topping for my family so I got double pepperoni for the kids. Later on when we got it and the order confirmation said we had anchovies added to the order. This experience isn’t an outlier either. There was one day where I was trying to get one of the pizzas cut square and every single time that I would check the confirmation, it would not add it until after about the seventh time it finally accepted the instruction. This thing needs some serious help.
I made a purchase and and it kept telling me my transaction didn’t go thought I kept trying again and it kept giving me the same response. When I checked my bank account I found out that it took money from my account more than 8 times and never even delivered the pizza.
It took me about 30 minutes just to enter my payment information because every time I missed a field, the whole form would clear. There is also no auto fill for any of the fields or an option for Apple Pay. Incredibly frustrating.
I always have trouble with this app. This time it won’t allow me to change from delivery to pickup from the cart. I have to start all over. Also, no feedback or contact form on the app so I have to come here and blast you so everyone can see.
It’s 2026 and your app isn’t optimized for mobile. I have to scroll from side to side to get the full menu or be able to complete orders. I just ordered and I got trapped in your terms of service that has no option to exit, so I had to force close the app which then made me have to fill out all of my information again. Not to mention that your recovery email for accounts/passwords doesn’t work. Your pizza is great, your app makes me want to not order.
