You can set up the test in a few minutes using the in-app instructional videos. Wear the sensor for the prescribed number of nights to complete the test. Maybe give the three exit questions prior to testing for awareness
This test was very easy to do. The directions were very easy. I would recommend this sleep study test for everyone!

Easy to use very helpful instructions and customer service
This study I just completed was non-invasive, and easy to use. I’m hoping for positive results from my doctor soon. This new technology is kinda amazing! I had no issues sleeping…I slept my normal nights sleep…so we’ll see what comes next.
Took forever to download I don’t really know how this thing worked to be honest. I just gave it five stars because I received a test and I did it last night. Have not received any thing about it yet.
Except for difficulties setting up (scrolling left to right when setting up) (when my IT son had to help me) all went well. I ate and drank too much too spicy too late but the nite owl worked fine and did not disturb my sleep😋🤔😃
this thing is a scam. with insurance the little device that pairs with this app is 200 dollars. you don’t even get a copy of the results, gotta book another costly appointment with the doctor. should have saved the money and just gone with a pokemon sleep device, at least that provides me the results.
