I love the app it has improved exponentially since I first started using it the only thing I would want to ask that the update the app to allows users to put no ice on the drinks as a customization because when I order my usual munchie meal I always have to let them know I want no ice and sometimes the employee try to tell me but the drink said to have ice and the. I have to go on an explanation on why I want no ice and why the app didn’t allow me to put no ice when I was ordering it
This app will charge your account but never place the order. Putin a $31 order. It immediately charged my account. Drove 9 miles only to be told they never got the order. Verified I ordered from the right place. It’s the only one in town. Serious bug in the app.
They closed the location nearest to me. The next option (Sherwood Forest) tends to lock down the lobby dining area which leaves only drive thru. Will have to go to further location or limit visits completely.
App has quite a few issues that need to be fixed. It always logs out. It has issues logging in sometimes and you can’t order food without logging in so that’s very annoying. And it even changed my order, I ordered no tomato and no mayo, when I placed the order it only showed no tomato. Overall I like the app but too many issues that cause big inconveniences.

The most munchiest of meals
Finally it’s here! I have missed jack since I left NC and it still don’t disappoint best tacos
As much as I enjoy Jack in the Box themselves, this app is way too limited and lacks basic functions that any other fast food app has. Like the full menu of drinks when ordering a breakfast combo or the ability to tell it you don’t want ice. Without these functions, the app is pretty much useless. That said the 2 stars was a little harsh. Still good for gathering points for free food
I haven’t used the app in 2 years due to the GOD AWFUL ui but I just got I back and it’s WAY BETTER very user friendly kudos
If you order from the mobile app at the wrong location, they will not give you a refund. There’s no option to cancel your order Either this app really sucks. Do not download it. They don’t even have a good perks.
