User Reviews
Since they updated the app it always disconnects and takes forever to reconnect.
In the previous version, I could check my blood sugar reading at any time by moving my finger on the graph; now this feature is gone. useless
I monitor my mom's sugar readings with her. This has got to be one of the WORST upgrades you all have done!! She hates her NEW App and we both hate this one. I hope this gets to the developers and they can fix and/or replace this App with the original or something a whole lot better!
After this app and the Libre app updated this app is constantly saying there is no connection even if the Libre isn’t offline. Makes remote monitoring pretty useless.
I agree with other reviewers…the changes to history make it harder to view data. You have to old finger on the graph to see the reading at a particular time but the time shows under your finger so you can’t see it. I often use this to check when last reading was if sensor loses connection to app. Preferred changes would be to show time at top of graph and allow user to click point on graph and show that reading until user clicks somewhere else, i.e. you wouldn’t have to keep finger on graph. Would also love if it could reduce alarms when glucose is rising because patient has taken corrective action after a low alarm, rather than always sounding alarm when glucose is below set threshold. It would be great if it could distinguish between rising and falling trends when below alarm threshold.
This app needs a widget, the ability to send notifications to lock screen, and better contrast/ font sizes throughout the app. PLEASE hire a better app developer!
I am linked to my fiancé and it keeps knocking me off multiple times a day! It’s so frustrating! Can anyone help?! It keeps messing up on my fiance also!!!
So disappointed. The app had an update. Patient updated (Samsung) and he works fine. Two caregivers (one apple and one Samsung) updated and no data. Still see that patient is there, but provides zero data. Can’t monitor patient. This needs correction immediately.
Alarms are now going off randomly when levels are normal. Being able to slide cursor to timeline is not there anymore which is a valuable tool. Screen is not as big and contrast colors are not as easy to see on graph.
Let’s see your device was recalled twice in a six month. Period. I don’t think that changing the entire format and color for the app was needed. You’re dealing with diabetics why the hell would you make something smaller and more inconvenient to scroll. Nobody wants to wake up in the middle of the night to check their blood sugar and find out that it’s a totally different color for the. Different profile now it’s cumbersome what a disappointment.
This update eliminated the alert notifications. I made sure everything is turned on re notifications. Phone sound is on. This is dangerous for my mom as I will not be alerted when her glucose goes low during the night for me to intervene for her.
I was really hoping that this new update brought more consistent service. The number of times I open this app just to see “no recent data” from my son is insane. So far I’ve even been unable to force the connection by dropping and re-adding myself from his phone. Wish this wasn’t a daily struggle.
