Basically, for months, they gave us the basic services for free. I imagine that they were training on our data and trying to see what they could take and what they could find now that they have all that information they switched it to seven dollars a month on top of the fact that they already charge you for the Internet and everything else. To their benefit that they protect our wife wireless routers. It’s pretty evident AT&T is back to their old antics so I’m gonna be searching for a new service soon
I bought my iPhone17 on Feb 26, 2026 and I have been unable to setup ActiveArmor. I am getting the error message “Something went wrong. Error 13-20-403” I reached out to AT&T tech support and they couldn’t fix the issue. I reached out to Apple and since it is a third party app for them, AT&T needs to fix the issue. AT&T said they are aware of the issue and working on it. iPhone17 came out in September 2025, why there are still bugs with the ActiveArmor app?
App uses 15 to 30% of my battery daily. There are much more efficient security apps to choose from.
When do we get the update to pair with the iOS 26.5? Apparently it conflicts with the newest Apple privacy update and lagging in the internet
This pile of wasted data, for a Fact jeopardized my life! I have a 788 credit score that now I need to closely monitor due to This very app from All Trash & Trouble causing my D.L. #, S.S. #, Health Insurance ID, Address, Phone #’s and only God Knows what else. Do NOT Enter Your Personal Info for so-called Monitoring, they’ll just Sell it off in mere Minutes!!!

Your free app does what it’s supposed to do: block spam and fraud calls. Thanks. But this latest version is consuming too much power. I have noticed an average increase of battery usage by at least 15% since the new update. It’s draining my battery faster by the same time each day and I’m not necessarily blocking more calls. Please investigate.
Thank you for trying to force me to buy a new phone by taking away service from those of us that cannot afford a $1000 phone . 👎🏼! Great job and thanks for nothing
The app is able to privately access my photos. That needs to be changed .
It does absolutely nothing. Have the setting set to the most secure settings possible and it does absolutely nothing spam call still come through. They’re still allowed to leave voicemails it filters absolutely nothing do not waste your time.
