I went from 30 miss calls a day to none. What a awsome app

I was told by the ATT agent this app would prevent spam and fraud calls. Except, I’m getting about 6-10 each day. The app is unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. And you never know when it’s going to break. If I were you I’d save the money and go with a plan that doesn’t charge you for Active Armor “protection”, because the intended app doesn’t do its job. You’re just paying AT&T more money for sub-par support.

This app did nothing to block calls

Been with att and their solutions to one of the most important issues doesn’t work. Ive never been able to successfully use or set up this app. Ill i get are error codes and spam calls. . Don’t waste your time. ATT DO BETTER!

It use to be as part of the service when you were a customer, now they want to charge $7 for the full service. New cell phone company here I come!

My spam calls have been substantially reduced with active armor. But now my phone loses power a lot more quickly than it used to. Active armor is the top consumer - 35% and more of the battery!! What is it doing with that power!!

You can never open to set it up. It always says error

I downloaded active armor because AT&T told me that it’ll block and stop the excessive spam calls. It doesn’t even do that. The spam calls STILL come in. I’ve changed my settings, worked with AT&T to help fix it. Did that work? NO. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t do the one thing i’ve been wanting! I still get 20+ spam calls. The app detects its a spam risk but still lets it go through. Even if a caller is spam, it still pushes it through. When it’s actual (important) caller calls, the app blocks the call. It’s so frustrating and irritating

After I downloaded the app, I had even more spam calls come through. Ridiculous! Before the app, the unwanted calls were at least labeled with spam or fraud, etc. now they just call no warning.

Basically, for months, they gave us the basic services for free. I imagine that they were training on our data and trying to see what they could take and what they could find now that they have all that information they switched it to seven dollars a month on top of the fact that they already charge you for the Internet and everything else. To their benefit that they protect our wife wireless routers. It’s pretty evident AT&T is back to their old antics so I’m gonna be searching for a new service soon

I bought my iPhone17 on Feb 26, 2026 and I have been unable to setup ActiveArmor. I am getting the error message “Something went wrong. Error 13-20-403” I reached out to AT&T tech support and they couldn’t fix the issue. I reached out to Apple and since it is a third party app for them, AT&T needs to fix the issue. AT&T said they are aware of the issue and working on it. iPhone17 came out in September 2025, why there are still bugs with the ActiveArmor app?
