It also provides all the tools you need to manage your network in one intuitive, user-friendly interface. Sign in with your AT&T User ID and password to get started. App highlights: • Easily view, update, and share your Wi-Fi name and password • See what devices are connected, personalize each device name and add it to a profile • Set downtime schedules to manage your family’s screen time or quickly and easily pause devices • Get troubleshooting help and customized recommendations from our Virtual Assistant • Get device and network protection with AT&T ActiveArmor℠ internet security • Check your network health, get notified of issues and service outages, run speed tests, and more AT&T Smart Home Manager is available to AT&T Internet service customers with a compatible AT&T Wi-Fi Gateway. Feature availability based on Wi-Fi gateway model, limited to Wi-Fi network.

Awesome service
Live Chat does not give time to type, does not help, no follow-up. Wifi randomly drops out but ATT says they are not responsible.
You had done an awesome job finding these people that are hacking my phone thank you so much
Hard to figure out. Lot’s of time the units are down because of connectivity. Needs WiFi in order to operate. Will never buy this system again.
I had problems with app I can’t signed I need remove the app and then install again for signing but after again I can’t login
Great service! Th Technician kept us informed of his timeframe. He came out and troubleshot the problem of our internet being totally down. He found a failure outside in an underground cable. He replaced the cable and left with our service restored. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kept us updated while he fixed the problem.
