My Verizon

This app is honestly really easy to use and super helpful. I'm always working or doing something that I'm not able to go into the store. The app literally helps with everything I need and gives me a full break down on anything I need information on. And if I don't it's really easy to get in contact with a customer service representative. 10/10.

This company has the nerve to chat over $100/ month for service that NEVER Works! I have better service with cricket wireless and Boost mobile. I truly regret getting this service and will be going back to T-MOBILE on my hands and knees after experiencing VERIZION… go elsewhere! This service is TRASH !

The app notification flag stays on ALL THE TIME! Please stop it

First time using the app than going on line to make a payment

Everything about this company is so shady, the app is terrible, you accidentally order things and have no way of canceling and no way of getting any support. Everything is over priced. All rebate incentives and offers they promote are practically impossible to use (DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ADVERTISING) and once again, no customer service.

When people are trying to make payments, why doesn’t some applications accept Apple Pay? It’s like what are they hiding if a person is about to make a payment and if the information doesn’t process once they get a notification something about Bill that process or something are they scamming or they doing something else to make believe the customers that they process information that it went through? What’s the catch Verizon? Are you doing this type of stuff? Upgrade your payment methods, except Apple Pay or PayPal

it’s impressive how an internet company managed to create the most disfunctional app of all time. constantly logs me out and every other page fails to load and says try again later

I will never go to another Cellular service again, because Verizon is the only provider that is the Best Option for me right for the last almost decade of my life 🤩

I have avoided upgrading because I just didn’t want to deal with hassle of the store etc… I worked in wireless for a couple of decades so I just get exhausted at the idea of it all. This app is amazing. Fast, crystal clear acknowledgements and great options. Very user friendly!

I have been unable to sign into my account through the My Verizon app purely due to an issue with the 2 factor system. On the website, it gives me multiple options to “Let’s make sure it’s you.”, which is fine, as I can use another method. However, the app ONLY shows one method to verify, which I do NOT have access to currently, making it IMPOSSIBLE to sign into on my phone, without unlinking my account from my mobile account. I have tried to get this fixed on multiple occasions but it has never been fixed. I have given this 2 stars as the app worked PERFECTLY fine when I was able to successfully verify myself. Overall, my experience with Verizon has been pretty okay, but this issue has been annoying me a lot. TLDR: The 2 factor system should allow you to receive a verification code to your email, just like the website.
