App not working.
I have tried for an hour to get this stupid app to work, even adding $25 to my funds thinking that would make it work. Maybe because it’s Fathers Day BOGOF but no joy. Can’t delete cuz they have my $25!!!!
You place your order and everything then when you try to pay it just keeps saying something went wrong
Store 159 in Lincoln the employees are really great. Unfortunately the WiFi is weak and often I have to go in store or get the WiFi to work. They also have problems with the scanners system. I bought a drink when the system was down so the app didn’t work. So I paid with cash and got my receipt. Entered the payment with receipt data. Needless to say no credit for app s lies or trip count. Big fail!!!
Love the app. Very convenient. There is one feature I need: favorite orders. I order the same thing almost every time I go, and sometimes I’m in a hurry. It’d be great if I could add my order to a favorites tab and quickly “add to order” and check out within seconds. Aside from that, I have no notes!
They used to not expire your points you earned and now they have changed it up to where you have to spend a lot monthly to earn anything. What’s earned is earned. Cabelas and other place’s don’t expire points. It’s a joke and their products are pricey as is. The place is my go to for coffee I’ll give them that but can’t believe the money hunger just to actually get points that can be earned to use when seems like every month more and more expire
I love the app I just wish I had the option to get a blended matcha and not a smoothie matcha 😭
When you order for pickup through the app, they dont actually START making your order until you arrive, get in line, and tell them you're here. What use is this app exactly? What is different from my usual customer experience of waiting in line, making my order, and waiting for it to be made?—other than that I handed my credit card over online instead of to the barista.
I go to sign in it sends me a verification email I click on the link in the email and it takes me to this useless page which basically is telling me to download the app which I already did I just wanted to make an account so that I can go there when I work so I can get some rewards but no
Today’s order was wrong and the girl at the window charged me more for the same thing I ordered all week long- I said something n she ignored me!
