It’s been years and the password reset/login situation has not been fixed so it’s impossible to use. I give up trying resets, etc. it’s pointless.

More times than I can remember, this app FAILS!! What’s the point in having the app if it only frustrates your customers?!

This app is lacking in many ways. I do like that you can now mobile order ahead, but I do not like that the current flavors available are not accurate for the store ordering from. Also, how is it that a description of ice cream flavors is not available anywhere that I can see on the app?? People have no idea what to order (or what they CAN order if food allergies) and this is the biggest miss for me.

When trying to order in the app, the menu is completely blank. It’s like this for my local restaurant on two different phones

The menu online NEVER MATCHES what the store has in person so NEVER order online

This app doesn’t work. I go to Baskin-Robbins on a regular. Every time they scan the app, it always says “5 rewards next”, And never gives me any rewards. The staff is also clueless when it comes to this app.

The app never gets past the opening screen with the big logo. There’s nothing to click or input. I’ve sat there and waited 5 minutes for something to load, I’ve removed and redownloaded it multiple times and nothing has worked. I’m on excellent high speed wifi so it’s not the internet connection, this app just won’t load.

Crashed during signup. Never could get past the notification screen. I removed the app and put it back still same thing. It sucks because that’s the only way to order online! Do better BR!

I was trying to make a acc and I exited out to get my number and it resets my WHOLE THING

It worked for a year than my problems started! I tried reaching out to customer service with no help! I couldn’t reset my password because when I tried it said my password was incorrect. It’s a vicious cycle never going anywhere. I tried using a different email but still had problems so I chucked it & said forget it!

Definitely missing the ability to review your order or to cancel it when a reward was ignored and a full price was charged immediately to your credit card. Customer service is horrible to top it all.

They don’t have most of the flavor ice cream . Smh
