Try all our contactless pickup options – walk-in pickup, drive-thru and curbside pickup! Options will vary by store. Check app for details. Join Dunkin’ Rewards to earn FREE food and drinks! Runnin' has its rewards. Join our new rewards program, DUNKIN’ REWARDS, to earn your choice of free food and drinks, unlock Boosted Status to earn points faster and score members-only exclusive offers. Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store or when they order ahead. Pay Any Way Dunkin’ Rewards members earn points any way they pay – cash, credit/debit, Dunkin’ Card or Apple Pay. Dunkin' Rewards members can setup auto-reload so their Dunkin’ Card never runs out of funds. Customize Make it your own! There’s over 14,000 ways to customize your order when you order ahead on the app. Plus, Dunkin’ Rewards members can save their favorite orders and Dunkin’ locations, and schedule their mobile orders up to 24 hours in advance. Send a Gift Card Need a last-minute gift or a special pick-me-up? Dunkin’ Rewards members can send Dunkin’ Gift Cards via text or email from the app.

stole all my data and immediately starting sending me email and text spam. app never works correctly, orders constantly messed up. absolute joke of a company.
Dunkin’ is good they have so many different kinds of drink even sugar free drink!
Greatest service in town
The Dunkin app really needs a cancel order button! Every other food ordering app has one so that when you realize you ordered from the wrong store, you can cancel before arriving!
Always gave trouble to use it some times not available!or not wor !couldn’t login….???
I love this app, very user friendly and I never make a trip to Dunkin without using it!
Every time I place an order it fails to accept payment. No issues on my end other apps take my money fine.
Truly awful app. Low memory prioritizes loading ads for add on food over payment/rewards…
The chat frauture hasn’t worked in MONTHS. The DD I have near my home sucks, and there have been times where I haven’t gotten my items since I’m on my way to work and they take over 15 minutes to get an order out. When I go to the app to request a refund for items I DID NOT get, the chat feature is not working. I can still do the bank charge back but WHY wouldn’t they fix something as important as their customer service functionality for such a big company?
