And the snow emergency parking rules app was discontinued in favor of awkwardly adding it to this one? Most of the reviews for this app are clearly fake as there is a large gap between how barely adequate its usability is and where it could/should be.
Crashes all the time
Having to re login every time I open the app (with two factor) is insane. It’s not a banking app!
I miss coins. Every time I go to use this app I have to update a car, a credit card or something else. It takes me 10 minutes before I can even ever make it out of the car.👎

Leave it to Mpls to make the city more annoying. This app randomly both logs you out and allows/blocks Apple Pay. The motivation to have a great app is even less now that Mpls is covering over the coin slot on payment stations, further forcing the use of the app (seems racist).
Glitches a lot
Continuously being logged out while trying to use the app. Had to login 4 times to complete a single transaction. Kept randomly logging out with an “Incorrect password” alert
Poor payment option there is no way to cancel once you move out of parking . It’s highway robbery for me.
I have had a MPLS parking account for a while. Now every time I try and pay for parking I need to retrieve a code from my email to use the app. Would rather get a parking ticket than enter another code.
