I entered the address and app showed 4 min walk, but when I checked out it showed different location

When someone mentioned that I should try SpotHero to help w/ my tricky work parking situation , I initially pushed he idea to the back of my mind. “The apps are kinda handy I guess, but I know my way around and I doubt it would have much to tell me-” well let me tell you: It is a great help. Often the best prices and widest availability of parking solutions are posted through SpotHero. In general SpotHero has made my impractical, tedious work parking experience better many times over. Practical without a doubt, and useful almost anywhere traveling, or at home!
I’” was in Chicago they lied it is 13 dollar parking then later it was found 50 or 60.
Jonathan was excellent in helping me make my a resev. for parking at 147 E. Onondaga St. Lot for an event at the Landmark Theater in Syracuse NY. He checked around for me to find other options and he was very patient with me. You have an excellent employee. Thanks Jonathan. Marilyn Ferris
Friendly staff. Quick check in, car was prepared for check out about an jour before so exit was equally quick as check in. Good value
Very easy and convenient way to get parking on the app. Will use anytime I’m looking for parking.
I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed that there’s NO longer any customer service. Every time I call no one answers my call and they rudely hang up.
The staff was so nice and the facility was safe and clean. Really easy walk across the street to venue and easy in and out to main streets after the BTS concert.
Been using SpotHero for years. When things don’t go quite as planned, client cancels, lot is blocked, SpotHero not only refunds my payment, they help me find a better spot, if applicable.
