Key features of the app include: • Mobile Payments via smart phone or web • Find my car (for those of us who forget where they parked) • Face ID • Event parking • Snow Emergency Alert Registration for MPLS Parking is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location parking available in Minneapolis. How to Use the App: • Create an account • Choose the vehicle license plate • Select your location on the map • Use the dial to choose how long you want to park • Confirm your payment Payment with MPLS Parking App is ultra secure. The app keeps failing to process payment and often logs me out without warning.
…and they have no idea why. None of us do. The world is full of mysteries.
The fact that you can log in using your Apple ID but not use Apple Pay makes absolutely no sense. Please fix.
When I pull up to park somewhere and I open the app, I am prompted to log in each time. I can understand this kind of security for a banking app, but a parking app? I want to be able to park quickly without going through the hoop of logging in each time.
Clunky, non-user-friendly, time-consuming. I resent the fact that my city chose this app and I have to use it. And you wonder why people don’t go downtown?!
Excellent app. One improvement for old tech dummies like me would be a few more prompts, things that are intuitive for younger folks. But even as is I love it.

Hours after my parking time is done… why do you keep sending me updates. It’s friggin over, stop!!
Super slick and easy to use Park at any available zone in Minneapolis
It’s been hours since I left the parking spot, and the app is still notifying me to move the car.
And the snow emergency parking rules app was discontinued in favor of awkwardly adding it to this one? Most of the reviews for this app are clearly fake as there is a large gap between how barely adequate its usability is and where it could/should be.
