This app just keeps getting more and more sophisticated. I am impressed with how it is connected to the Baylor Scott & White Health plan, so you can see your insurance claims information within the same portal where you talk to your doctor and see your test results. Plus, there are different patient journeys that have been added, so you can get care support virtually.
This Facility is Amazing and always does a Great job caring for me. I love the Dr’s and Office Staff!!
The midtown office sends you to the wrong address.
I can’t see my test results which is the whole reason I got the app. It will glitch and buffer for minutes on end and never load or timeout. The whole point of getting this app for me was to view test results and it’s unable to do that. It’s easy to navigate, but not everything works.
Nothing loads
I think this would be great but it doesn’t work well. Tried using the app on iPhone, iPad & just logging into the website- same issues. Some things load after clicking on them, others after waiting 5 minutes +, retrying, selecting something else, coming back a different day to see if website issue, etc. do not. Have great internet speed, not the issue. Viewing meds works, clicking on generic links works, but trying to view visit summaries, messages or tests, it will never load to view. When you call to talk with someone they tell you all the great things you can do in the app but it definitely needs work. Love BSW, app or website not so much. Really hope they iron out the kinks.
Why am I receiving a notice from you that I owe $60 without an explanation what it’s for
I absolutely love the wonderful caring treatment I get. My health is always of the utmost importance to them and I appreciate it .
Went onsite after being advised test results available on site. Incomplete, and are a reduced size making reading impossible and/or very difficult.
The portal is helpful, at times it’s very convenient and helpful but there are times things are missed because of the lack of person to person communication and contact.
Reviews are collected only for apps with detected changes (new entries or sharp risers).
