I’ve logged in just fine but still no claim information

I reset my password, and I confirmed my email. But when I attempted to log in, it processes my username and then my password, and then it says that an error occurred and I’m sent back to the login page. This issues happened when I had logged in a year ago; I was hoping it’d be fixed but I was wrong.

I can login using my website login with no problems The apps I used the same login id it doesn’t allow me to login it send me code to my email Same problem Please test this apps before posting It waste my time

This app does not offer any conveniences over just using the website. To make matters worse, the app is glitchy, so the website is arguably better. The app also does not get any updates, and still looks like an app that was designed 10 years ago.

Delta Dental App displays the wrong Member ID number so it is of zero value to use. Removed it immediately.

Now I understand why this has such a poor rating as an app. Won’t even allow me to register on the app, even though I’m a subscriber and have been making premium payments since the first of the year. You folks really need to do a better job.

This app sucks I can’t even log in

This is a glorified digital id. The find a dentist function does not allow you to put in a range, just a zip. Then it doesn’t return dentists that are there - my current dentist never showed up no matter what search terms I used. The terms of use are so long that I could have signed my house over to Delta without realizing it. I know what procedure I need, and I know that not every dentist does it. Why not allow folks to search for dentists covered by their plan for a given procedure? You could add that to the cost estimator function, perhaps?

Can’t sign in!

Can’t pay bills, can’t update personal info, and claims on app don’t match claims on web. Not worth using the app. Not sure what the point of it is and why it is so different from the web version.
