The Reolink app on iOS needs stacked/grouped notifications instead of polluting the Notification Center.
When I try to reset and set up a camera, 80% of the time nothing happens and the camera just loops its annoying intro
Having issue with multiple devices not connecting
iPad app is annoying. If you want to use the iPad is in landscape, and/or multitasking use multitasking it won’t work. If can only use it reliably with multitasking turned off as the app window is super buggy and in portrait mode as landscape mode does not work all the time and the app keeps reverting back to portrait mode even though I am holding the iPad landscape. Great products. Not a deal breaker. But very annoying. Please fix!
Completely unacceptable, Reolink. Will never recommend this camera brand. Regret purchasing these cameras. Trash, trash, trash.
Loss camera video and can’t add new NVR
I’m now getting notifications that are clearly advertisements. With no specific option to disable advertising notifications. I bought a Reolink to get away from predatory companies, but this is terrible.
The app is good overall, but I’m used to notifications showing on my watch with my old camera app, and I’m really feeling the lack here.
Reolink has updated their app to start sending ads in your home notifications. This means you’ve purchased a product that they are now abusing. This used to be a 4 star app, now it’s more like 2-3. Good hardware, mediocre software, disgusting that they abuse their customers like this. I will not be buying anymore Reolink hardware, and I will try and sell or return the ones I have
I would love to see subtitles with translation
