GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel

I ordered a pair of sneakers over a moth ago, then when it was supposed to arrive they canceled my order and shipped it back ti GOAT werehouse. They offer half of what I paid of charge me the shipping again. Worst service ever.

This app is great it’s supper easy to navigate and use. I would recommend this app over any other shoe shopping app:)

Couldn’t even return an unopened shoe to spot customer service as well.

Do not use this app! No human being could possibly be so disconnected from the average consumer. Their “support” is a joke and will not do ANYTHING to fix their mistakes at all. I was a loyal customer that they treated like garbage and now will use stock-x or any other app that is not this one. Please save yourself the anguish and do the same.

It’s a good place to get scammed

While every platform has its good and bad sides, the bad side here is that they simply do not care about the customer. I bought from them, my package never arrived, and nobody took responsibility. Instead of helping, they automatically mark the order as "completed" just to wash their hands of the situation and move on. A complete lack of respect and a total waste of money. Avoid buying here!

I've been enjoying this app for 6 years. I wish it was possible to communicate with the seller on used shoes, or at least see how long used shoes have been up on the app so I know if it's been up there for years, I can safely assume it's not being up for sale anymore.

I have always had great delivery experience with GOAT, I just wish shipping wasn’t so much lol! Other than that my experience has always been pretty good.

very easy to use and fast shipping

I buy all my exclusive from the GOAT never had a problem until now. As a repeated customer I thought I would get treated with more respect. I ordered some shoes, they used some uber like delivery service and I never received my shoes. I’ve sent 10 emails to get my refund and all I’m getting is the run around, can’t talk to anyone. I just keep getting the same response “ I’m sorry about this situation the team is working on it” how hard is it to give someone there money back! I don’t care what shoe drop that I couldn’t get best believe I won’t use the GOAT to get it

Bruh i ordered a size 5 pair of new balances in womens and you guys sent it in guys size, once again a GIRLS shoe. The listings and the prices that are matched with the sizes have to get better, it doesn’t say whether it’s womens or mens, just a size and a price.
