This app is just trying to scam tickets. It makes you waste time on fake queues also loses your ticket in checkout adding to the stress it’s already put you in with how laggy it can get.
I have access to my old number and have tried multiple times to update phone number on my account each time with an error. Customer service spent an hour trying to fix it and ultimately told me I have to go thru an ID check. I shouldn’t have to do that - fix your system and make it works as it’s designed to do.

Easy to use
When trying to select a specific seat and if payment doesn’t go through it doesn’t let you reset and select the same seat. ?
My first option said obstructed view. Then I chose a little further back and it wouldn’t show details of obstructed view. After I purchased the tickets, it displayed obstructed view. It’s amazing someone hasn’t put ticketmaster out of business!!!
