When I located the seats I wanted, a feat without an interactive seating chart as purported, I navigated away to refresh the date on my credit card number. There was no way to get back to my “cart”, a basic on most sites. Upon calling, the best customer service had to offer was “wait until those seat come back around again”. It worked, but very aggravating experience and not the first using this backwards site. Thanks

Literally half the cost of the ticket is Ticketmaster fees. They are greedy and need to go. You can’t use harsh enough language

It took me 49 minutes of continuously loading tickets until I finally managed to get 2 seats (now in an upper section) for the USOpen. There should be a way to request the best available in each pricing tier in
signed up for THREE different presales for the SAME ARTIST because I kept having problems. got kicked out of all of them. tried customer service. told me to refresh the app. then the app thought I was a bought and now I can’t buy any tickets period.
Horrible . Don’t buy sporting event tickets . It’s too political .
Ticketmaster has got to fix their website. It is horrific.
