Similar to ParkMobile, make notifications live on lock screen for easier check for the remaining time. Also send another notification then time is expired. And make Apple Watch app.
You got to love how quick and easy this app is to park.
Stay away from Honk! If you park somewhere and they have a QR code that directs you to honk mobile, you should get back in your car and park somewhere else. They charge extra fees for no reason (why not just bake it into the price) and for that “convenience” they issue you a parking permit for 0 minutes which earns you a parking violation and ticket that you then have to fight. The only reason I got the app was so that I could submit a claim, which they rejected. This company and their app sucks. Run away.
Do not ever use a honk mobile lot. If somewhere were to go wrong and say you couldn’t complete putting in your merchants code to validate your parking, these people will send you a bill for at least 1000% of what you would have paid for parking, and send you to collections if you refuse to succumb to their extortion. You have made an enemy today. I will never use this app or any of your lots in my life. And I will tell everyone I know to avoid you like the plague on society you are.
Honk makes parking a snap for me. The app is intuitive and easy to use. I like the fact that my parking spot defaults to the same location. I buy 10 passes for a discount and redeem as needed. One of the better parking apps imho, and have several.
App loads slowly and the QR code they give to scan for parking voucher is tiny. Half the time it doesn’t load correctly. It feels poorly thought out—we all know that reception and internet in parking structures is spotty due to the concrete. The app should be much more lightweight and responsive.
Do not use this app. You will still get a ticket but will have also paid a fee through the app. Complete rip off

The ease and convenience of this app saved me from the anxiety of navigating Baltimore city parking.
It’s a decent app, but it would be nice if you found you didn’t need the time you thought you did, you could cancel the extra time and not have to pay for it. And it would be nice to have 15 min options so if you used 10 min, you wouldn’t need to pay for a half hour.
