Scrambly: Money for Walking

Initially I loved this app. It was going well. It let me cash out twice and when I went to cash out a third time, it said balance review in progress and it would be completed in 24 hours. That has been months ago. Guess they will only let you cash out so much then they do that so they don’t have to pay anymore. And ofcourse customer service is non existent.

Have yet to receive reward for Farkle game. Have contacted support and still nothing. Other than this have enjoyed games. Lots of ads on some games. Payment has been quick. Some games take a while to reach the goal. Freeze of game.

Was great, credited points, cashed out. Now points aren’t being credited. Contacted customer service. They didn’t respond. Four emails later, I finally got a response. They are asking for information that is literally on the app. Back and forth with multiple emails. Seems that they don’t want to pay out the over $50 owed. Was great, not anymore. Do yourself a favor and download a different app. This one is past its prime.

i was able to cash out the first time but now i can't and my account is frozen😒 they said they would get back with me in 24 hours but its been silent since, now i cant even get points so now i'm just wasting time, i tried to reach out to customer support but they said it will be weeks before i get a response

my acct was just suspended while I was playing a game. I am (or was) an active user and have done many referrals for new players to this app, and I have not violated any of the terms noted in the suspension of my acct. I love (or loved) Scrambly, worked hard at the activities offered and I am devastated by this abrupt suspension. I requested reconsideration and my acct to be reactivated, but honestly I suspect they cancelled my acct because it was successful. Same thing happens on some other well known walking / gaming apps. My acct should not be suspended for doing the activities this app has encouraged me to do. if you are active user like I was I suggest you be prepared to have your acct suspended for no reason as well!

Site has problems paying out more then a 1.00. Im tired of waiting for nothing either figure it out or close site. Over a week. Nothing but a a AI message. Horrible site. I don’t know what went wrong. But if you put a game on your site. It’s on your rep.

When I put in my Gmail I click the link to sign up and it loads for a long time I couldn’t sign up

I downloaded this app and started utilizing it and as soon as I accrued any $ they flagged my account and suspended it. Take a look online it looks like this is very common practice for them.
