I love how easy it’s to win rewards 🤗
I upgraded my phone. Same number. I can’t access my rewards or use app at the pump because the app says an account with that number already exists. Yes I know, AND I’M STILL USING THE SAME NUMBER. An absolutely terrible app
Great way to save on gas
Always wants a verification even when using Face ID. The app to pay for gas and a soda requires more security than my bank. And yeah, don’t bother with the PR mumbo jumbo. I know how much you “value” my security and customer experience…
When you develop a app you should guide the individual who is trying to sign up on why it’s not letting you do I just delete it
Whats the point of having a rewards system, if your cashiers don’t know how to access it.. tired of going to Exxon locations and the cashiers look all dumb in the face when u say u want to enter your rewards number, or to simply scan the code that I’m providing
The app doesn’t work fast enough and the app doesn’t work reliably enough compared to other apps like BP’s rewards app.
No way to claim points after the sale you system has changed
