It is hard to fine the freeze button
The only need for the app is because the website has login issues. The app will allow you to login, but you can not use the freeze credit feature. Why advertise it in the app if it doesn’t work!?!? Why do we need three credit bureaus. TransUnion has the same login issues. Experian is the only site/app that works correctly!!
I appreciate the depth of identity verification. The agent was very knowledgeable of the process steps to successfully achieve my inquiry. It’s getting me bakk on track
**Reviewed again June of 2026** Autofill still doesn’t work. Developer says it works but doesn’t. Every other app I use accepts autofill. Very inconvenient. Better to just use the website. -Original Review- Functions fine once logged in, but uses a web login that doesn't allow password autofill. AND you have to log in every time you open the app. I appreciate security, but I should have the option to trust my own phone and not have to remember or copy and past my password every time I open the app. And don't talk to me about biometrics like your canned response to everyone else. If I unlock my phone using my configured method, then my phone is SECURE. Biometrics alone are less secure as someone can simply hold your phone in front of your face against your will. Implement password autofill like other apps and stop making excuses. Allow the app to remember and auto login like other apps or just prompt for PIN/FaceID.

I’ve never had so much trouble in my life working in an automated system. It would not accept your answers when she says press one and I press one 6 times if she doesn’t accept it you’ll need to work on this. That was nothing but a hassle. sure would be nice to be able to talk to somebody instead of this automated BS.
