Not reasonable for children learning
Can’t rearrange the order of the kids. Trying to add or block content is insane. Click content > block > uncheck all three kids > hit save > click back and it drop out outside of the content tab entirely. I should really just shut down our subscriptions entirely. Poor device bad parental controls and ridiculous content management. Honestly I doubt I will keep this for my younger kids growing up since Amazon does not help parents with the content selection. It took Amazon years to figure out time management in this app and still no decent way to control content. I know they don’t want to block any content but I would expect parental controls would be better.
Mine just sits and spins. Won’t load and i am on home internet with 1gig speeds.
The app wasn’t amazing before but it worked the majority of the time. After this recent update they changed and moved everything around. Instead of the app opening up and the time limits being right there, you now have to click into several things. Half the time it won’t send the communication to the tablet to turn back on, but that was an issue before this recent update.
What happened to removing individual videos? I used to be able to block content as it popped up if it were inappropriate. That feature is gone!
Literally every single thing is a hassle to change or adjust. The time limits are connected to the fire sticks and constantly kick my kids off. It’s just annoying

Unclear and difficult.
I find anything to fo with Amazon is incredibly hard to navigate. You almost have to be a detective to troubleshoot a device. At the moment i cannot figure out why hulu and disney+ wont play on my tv. So frustrating!!
The app automatically resets itself to a default number of hours (8 hours from 2 to 10 pm) that I don’t want (2 hours from 3 to 7 pm). After so many attempts to reset the app, I choose a nontechnology of the physical lock to restrain device usage from kid.
