Shuts off mid registration and then states devices already registered and will not allow connection to WiFi. Tells you to delete device but device not available

Ease to install and super ease to deal with we love so much
Furnace filter change reminders have never worked for me. I set it every month, but it is always disabled when I go in to check why it didn’t notify me. Overall the app has been getting much better than when I first switched from the old app.
Adding a smoke detector should not require my first and last name, my phone number, email, a password (no linked accounts or passkeys here), and my mailing address.
I love how easy it is to control my internal environment through my phone.
Forced to use the Google Home app so I can see the mfg date for this detector. Amazing that I need to keep both apps to effectively manage my “smart” detectors.
couldn't add thermostat
Mainly, when you turn your iPad on its side, you get a smaller screen I was like why not just adapt to the screen size instead of leaving blank space
Fix your app name
Just wished I could see when it turns on and off. And a system health update too.
Every other day it’s new connectivity issues between the thermostat and this useless broken app. Everything is telling me it’s connect but the device doesn’t show on my dashboard. When it does show my device it says it’s syncing, it’s been “syncing” for 8 hours with no change. Useless tech support too as they’re virtually impossible to reach unless you plan on taking a day off just to chat with their 9-5 chat bot.
