App is brilliant but the prices aren’t. Oh well- thanks for the B+ app
I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you so much to Rob, the meat department manager at the Gulf to Bay Publix in Clearwater. I was specifically looking for some bone-in pork chops, which they just happened to be out of on display. When I asked, he told me they had just received a fresh shipment off of the truck and offered to rush getting some ready and saving them for me while I shopped. It made a big impact, not only on my dinner prep for the night, but also reinforced the kindness and assistance that I can only find at Publix supermarket when I shop. Kudos to Rob! He personifies excellent customer care and I hope he is recognized.
I love the app feature to change store locations, keep your list active, view deals, etc. I really miss being able to pay with the app. I wish they would bring that feature back!
Latest update this week is now causing errors. While searching for an item, (ie cottage cheese) the results will come back as 0. But sometimes if you click on the savings tab it will give you the same item that is on sale. Then you can’t add it to your existing shopping list. Please fix
Publix is my favorite grocery store to shop in and the app makes it easy to make your lists, check the sales, bogo’s and weekly ad. Love it !
It’s fine. No, it’s fine. Is the app great? Absolutely not! Poor app organization. When you click on BOGO it doesn’t break down categories. It breaks down by manufacturer. Also, all BOGO items are listed in a straight line without any sorting. You have to scroll through 400 items to see what is for sale. Publix isn’t cheap, but they’re making it hard for you to find deals. Realistically, this app is the worst and deserves zero stars.
Well it’s very helpful to see where the aisles are it would be nice to see prices for when I shop at home. And when I shop in the store the scanner does not work on ANY item.
I feel Publix provides value in different ways. Personally spending seven years. with rising prices, consumers are looking for Waze to budget the money that they have. I hope your company continues to find ways to support all of us. In the grocery business, I know it’s not easy to survive. with rising prices, consumers are looking budget savings. The Doral 41st Street Publix is amazing. The employees are great! Everything is so clean and neat.
