many stores do not have condiments as an option on the menu.
This system in general is super expensive and you guys don’t even do point rewards to get some free after like 10 orders. Some type of balance towards the customers would be nice. I go to the restaurants and order the same plate for like 50% less. Look I get it but this system needs more rewards…

It’s my first time using Postmates. It said I get 50% off and I did not so I’m upset, but I still placed my order.
Avoid Postmates at all costs — they are straight-up scammers. I placed an order and paid in full. The courier dumped it at some random location in a massive apartment complex. I had no idea where it was. I called the driver — no answer. Contacted support and they calmly told me: “Wait 48 hours.” I explained I was hungry, I already paid them, and asked them to either fix the order or refund me so I could reorder. Their response? “No, just wait.” Ended up sitting there starving with no food and no money back. This is a complete rip-off. If you want to get scammed like an idiot, lose your cash and get absolutely nothing — Postmates is your company. They’ll take your money like professional fraudsters and leave you with nothing. Total gypsy-style scam. Stay away.

Order delivered to the wrong house no refund
My address got blocked from all deliveries because it shares the same location as a gun store. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even get customer service on the phone to appeal. Stupidest delivery service known to man.
