Used this app for birthdays holidays and presents and had an amazing experience each time. From fun to romantic fever had everything. Was loving the app until they cancelled one of my tickets… I reached out to the support and they handled it amazingly. Everyone I talked to seemed like they wanted to help and got my problem solved. The good experiences before the canceled ticket would’ve earned a 5 star already but the way they handled the issue made me want to rate it higher. Couldn’t recommend this app enough.

The app works, but I’ve been adding passes to my Apple Wallet for almost 15 years now and cannot add a show from this app. I keep them there for memories sake and am a bit frustrated I can’t with this app/shows. Please consider the option.

Their app malfunction giving me the wrong time for my ticket only way to contact this email and they send an automatic pre-written email nobody ever read what I said luckily I was able to get in touch with the venue who got me in touch with the company that was billing the Show who took care of the problem fever sucks. Find another way to buy your tickets.

Hidden fees and deceptive sales practices, this company will do whatever it takes to steal your money and leave you nothing to show for it. The shows can be bought through official channels. The only real show they control is the candlelight shows and they are not worth the hassle of losing your money with no other options. This company needs to be shut down. Better off buying through official ticket holders, not this middle man scam.

My girlfriend bought a ticket for May 30th, and they issued her a ticket for the same event the next day. We immediately realize and tried calling customer service. Their strategy was typical, say no, send us the terms and conditions and blame the screw up on us. Making it very clear that there are no refunds and no transfers. It’s a $300 ticket, there are plenty of tickets available for our event on both days - so shouldn’t be a huge deal to switch to the correct day. But they had no interest in helping us at all. Just rushed us off the phone by saying need to check with another team and then sent us the email saying they aren’t going to help.

When I changed my ticket, the app did not make the process very clear regarding the date and time changes. Customer service then took more than a day to respond, and I ended up having to purchase new tickets in the meantime. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response until the following morning, after the event had already passed.

For anyone here who has experienced emotional distress and PTSD due to the sales of fraudulent tickets and the discrepancies within their customer service, please Google “fever class action lawsuit” and you can join the fight to take down this app!

I recently purchased tickets from them. I bought 3 adult and 1 child. After checkout the tickets were not all together, so I thought I missed the child and immediately went back to buy another. I realized after that the child tickets were separate and within 5 minutes called to get a refund. Honest accident on the one ticket and only wanted a refund for that. They said “all sales are final”. So basically to me that means, we don’t care, just give us your money. Won’t do business with them again. Obviously customer service is not a priority.

We reached out to exchange tickets within the window that it was allowed to do so, but they didn’t reply until after the window closed and are not allowing us to transfer due delays on their end. Customer service is very delayed, unhelpful, and rude. Do not use tickets on this app.

This app did not allow me to transfer tickets after transferring to one friend try to do it to others and it would not work. Then I spent five days emailing back-and-forth with ridiculous suggestions like sending emails to them telling my friends to sign up for their Fever app and that would somehow make it all better. The app is terrible and the support worse

7월에 얼리버드 티켓으로 구매하고 사용하려하니 8월까지만 사용 가능하다하고 취소도 안되네요?
