They just canceled my tickets for no understandable reason. I purchased my tickets back in May and in June they just canceled them without any notice or anything. The event still going on, of course now ticket prices are three times as much. So they want me to buy new tickets with much worse seats at a higher price. I would not trust this company. Customer service has been a nightmare. What kind of event company cancels your tickets like a month after you buy them without telling you?

Very few activities. And gift cards are gone in 3 months without warning (or without the expiration date being written on the card).

I tried to cancel my tickets and they gave me a voucher! I called them multiple times and everything they send me an email saying it is impossible to get a refund and I can only get a voucher ticket to use and it expires in two months. One of the many times I called the person was SO RUDE! He had the worse attitude ever! Do not get this app!

Don’t use them ; they don’t want to refund you and they send you a voucher to use and when you want to use they say it has already expire! They just want to take your money; I wouldn’t never use them again ; HORRIBLE SERVICE

The support team responds with bots, and the bots do not answer properly. Even though the FAQ clearly states that refunds are possible, they keep replying with “no refund” based on the Terms of Service, without addressing the FAQ. I eventually had to call them directly to get my refund processed. I will never buy tickets through this app again.

Fever is full of unhelpful people and AI run arounds. It is extremely difficult to actually speak with a live person who has authority to help with an issue. If you see that Fever is the third party involved, be prepared to be screwed if you need to any help with your reservation.

The event I attended was an inspired night to remember for so many reasons. “Hip Hop on Strings.” First, I couldn't wait to find out whether I would recognize the favorites in this instrumental format. but they did not disappoint and I was singing and humming for days. However, most of all, this night brought me back to an earlier, laid back time in my life that left a lasting smile weeks later. I recommend it for a great family outing, young, old, middle aged, not to mention a special date night. Magical! Encore! Encore!

6/3 update: developer, reply here about what you’re doing to fix your pitiful app. Be transparent. It took multiple attempts to complete the registration process, necessitating entering the code to validate my email address. It finally worked after three or four tries. Then, my tickets aren’t there. None of the solutions in the GAQ section helped. The simple solution of entering your order number is not an option. Or an even simpler solution: paper tickets. Speaking as an IT professional, adding tech to solve problems for which there was already an elegant solution only bollixes things up.

I’ve really enjoyed the fever experiences I’ve done but I’m getting tired of each time I log into the app being asked to enable location services which is impossible to dismiss. ABSOLUTELY NOT. You don’t need this information. *Ever*. I’m fully capable of looking up events in the zip code I want to look them up in. Also, pretty sure they are in violation of the new so-called Ticketmaster laws - they do NOT show you the all-in pricing when you start looking at tickets and it’s not until the 3rd page that you find out about hidden fees.

Used this app for birthdays holidays and presents and had an amazing experience each time. From fun to romantic fever had everything. Was loving the app until they cancelled one of my tickets… I reached out to the support and they handled it amazingly. Everyone I talked to seemed like they wanted to help and got my problem solved. The good experiences before the canceled ticket would’ve earned a 5 star already but the way they handled the issue made me want to rate it higher. Couldn’t recommend this app enough.

The app works, but I’ve been adding passes to my Apple Wallet for almost 15 years now and cannot add a show from this app. I keep them there for memories sake and am a bit frustrated I can’t with this app/shows. Please consider the option.

Their app malfunction giving me the wrong time for my ticket only way to contact this email and they send an automatic pre-written email nobody ever read what I said luckily I was able to get in touch with the venue who got me in touch with the company that was billing the Show who took care of the problem fever sucks. Find another way to buy your tickets.
