Not that Dior ruined
WHERES THE QA department on this app?? Leaving and reading reviews has some of the worst functionality of any corporate owned app I’ve ever seen. If you leave a review longer than 3 sentences it cuts it off and won’t let you scroll down inside the typing input box. If you try to read other people’s reviews every time you load more or expand a review it scroll back to the top. What an actual nightmare, they really don’t want us to have any community within the app. And they don’t let you see your own reviews on your profile anymore. Also after years they haven’t bothered updating the pinch and zoom on product pics. It hyperzooms in the most useless way. No point. Just remove zoom if you can’t fix it. The PHOTOSHOP SWATCHES ARE A LIE. IM SICK OF THE FALSE ADVERTISING. STOP PHOTOSHOPPED SWATCHES You’re paying people to edit fake swatches but you can’t pay programmers to fix the app. It’s a sick joke. No one should be expected to pay for anything that wasn’t even accurately represented in the pics. This is abusive and disrespectful towards customers. We shouldn’t have to spend hours hunting down swatches.
I like the app and all but signing in is the issue. I’ve had the app for a while but I still can’t sign in I try different users and codes but it never works and sometimes the app is a little glitchy
For the past few months, I’ve been having issues signing in. It never lets me sign into the app. Every time I try to it says you’ve been signed in and then it says there is an issue and will be on my account.
I turned off all app notifications in the app and my iPhone, yet I keep getting 20+ push notifications daily.
I used to have an account and it signed me out for some reason. Okay so I try to sign back in… It will not let me. I have reseted my passcode so many times and it never works. It always says “failed try again or click change password” It is very annoying because I have all of my stuff on my account. Dissatisfied.
Any product I try and add to my cart for pickup, at any location, says it’s out of stock! I tested it on all types of random products/multiple locations and no matter what it says it’s out of stock.
Please fix the zoom in function already. It’s been like this for a very long time now, well over a year. When you zoom in on a product photo, it mega zooms in and to the side, so you can’t see anything at all. Thank you for fixing the review section issues 🎉
Worst update by far. The amount spent under points activity was removed. The customer service is already at its worst and now they don’t want customer to know how much they spent?
Why does it keep prompting me to sign in whenever I open it. Inconvenient
