WHYYYY is this app constantly under maintenance? I try to open in and half the time I can't even check my account or transfer money because they're "conducting scheduled maintenance." I've never dealt with a banking app or any app like this where it's always undergoing some sort of service, like this is so frequent that it has irritated me enough to the point of writing a negative review. PLEASE just fix it once and leave it at the or something.
I live in Hawaii and the navy federal app is almost always being worked on. Definitely open another bank!
It shouldn’t ever take 6 plus hours for a “ schedule maintenance” it’s ridiculous at this point
Eveytime I need to get into my bank I gotta worry if it in maintenance or not like at least give me a warning
Maintenance times take too long when I need to acces my account the most
The app is terrible!!! I have been unable to login since I got my account. I have reset my password multiple times but for some reason the app doesn’t recognize my account. I can login online perfectly so there is something wrong with that app. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!
Have had this app for many years and never any issues when using my cc and expecting a notification via text or email that my cc was used. However, seems at the beginning of 2026 i started having issues not receiving notifications when i use my cc. have called customer service many times trying to resolve but no luck correcting the issue. Have deleted the app several times and reinstalled and use my cc again and we good for maybe a week receiving cc notification, then back to not receiving notifications; it's imperative i receive notifications when i use my cc just incase it's stolen.
If they have maintenance York screwed. a random charge you know comes through and you don’t call them they block your card then when you do try to call them about it they don’t answer the line and sit around chat up their buddies, 24/7 help is a joke. Wake up and do your job.
I had an urge matter I needed answering and instead of answering navy reader customer support made me wait hours and didn’t even answer as well as the instagram navy federal had answered faster then the actual company.
I generally have no complaints about NFCU, but recently, I am finding it difficult to look at my certificate details. I hit the arrow to expand that section. Sometimes it immediately closes back up, sometimes it lets me scroll down for a second or two before it closes back up.
Shout out to the dev team for the most recent update notes. Nice to see some humor and a human touch in a banking app and age where AI slop is rampant. Keep up the good work guys 🫡
