I absolutely LOVE Old Navy, but they’ve really been letting me down. Because of a glitch with their app, I haven’t been able to shop with them. Every time I log into the app, the photos will not load. I can’t see what any of the products look like. It’s just white boxes. I’ll have a strong connection to WIFI, the app and my phone will be updated, and all my other apps work fine, so this must be an issue with the app itself. I hope they fix it soon, because it’s been an ongoing issue for a while now.
Easy to search for items. Love that all orders show on order history - in store and online. LOVE that the app/website offers long length in shorts and pants; tall girl approved!
