This app is trash!! I am not able to pay my bill. I can’t even find both my accounts. Totally useless.
Watch out what you click on. The app flashes stuff on screen on login. If you are not careful you will be enrolled in all electronic correspondence. It’s a pain to turn off. It does mot tell you what you did or give you a chance to change it. Not too honest.
This app has given me trouble logging since it was made available. Every time I try to log into my account I go through resetting both name and password, calling tech, using the links all the things! After I’m guessing 30 minutes I get a screen message saying that my account is not available at this time. Now granted I’m up to date on payments. I’m attempting to reset this drive safe and drive that is a piece of junk! It doesn’t work. Yes, frustrated! I’ve used State Farm since 1989
Always takes care of us!!
The app is trash. It never works. It always says my password or my pin is wrong. When I try and reset it it always has a problem. Absolutely garbage. The one thing I hate about this company is there is no corporate person to do things for you if your agent is closed.
Never trust this app to be available during a traffic stop. It never fails to remove any kind of “quick access“ I expect it to keep for when I need it. I guess it’s my fault for signing up with random generated login info.

Absolutely horrible trash app. Website is garbage too. I can’t reset my password. I have no idea how to log in. I can’t talk to a real person. State Farm can go to hell
This app keeps freezing every time I open it. It is a recent development. It used to run smoothly. Now to use it I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It’s a pain.
