Since the most recent update almost everything scans product not found but in store scanners show full and correct price. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

The app is a great tool because DT is going through so many price changes. It’s frustrating when I go into a store and many items I scan say product not found. I end up leaving items because the in store scanner at my local tree is always disabled. Maybe a new update for the app is needed.

Ever since the update 9/10 items I scan at ANY location show product not found. So I have to try and find an in store scanner, which many stores don’t have. I was hopeful the update would make price checking easier and more accurate not 5x worse than before

Yall need to fix this app. People everywhere are having the same problem if everything in the store scanning “ product not found”. What’s the point of having an in app scanner if the app can’t find the product?!! Nor get the price right?! We all are tired of running back and fourth to the in store scanner and some stores don’t even have scanners! So fix it!!!!!!!

Almost every scan comes up product not found! This app sucks! I would give a 0 stars if possible

The updates made a week ago, make the app unreliable and practically useless. Fix the app revert back to the previous version until you fix the bugs.

Everything comes up product not found

The app doesn’t give correct prices. It needs to be fixed asap. Especially product not found. I feel like over half the product says that.

I login into the app and it tells me that is does not recognize my account.

This app needs to let a customer know it’s a .1penny and not just,” product not found” and if the item can’t be bought then just give it to the customer . Like why not ? Send it back to a company or the trash when the person took about probably an hour finding penny items . Also there should be scanners at every store and they should be working!! Do better dollar tree on your employers that don’t want to let loyal customers buy penny items or items that can’t be rung, just give it to the customer !!!!!!!!!!

Things need to be addressed. When you scan there’s a lot of products showing up pnf and that’s a give away the product is suppose to be a penny! Well it’s not! Most products that are coming up pnf are full price when you scan with the in store scanner and up front at the cashier. It would be great for you to fix this problem Because people depend on this being accurate! And it’s not!

6-20-26 review. I’m giving you guys 3 stars for now due to a lot of products is not listed on the app. A lot of Bpure brand, war head, glade, some of crayola, socks and so on. When are you guys updating this? Other than that this is a friendly user app. I love that u don’t have to keep clicking button to check price. you can keep scanning items without going back and forth for the price scanner. Keep up the good work. I’ll update my rating once you guys updated the app.
