I hadn’t received my free cat food nor my sticker so I reached out to their customer service and they immediately got back to me and said they would fix it . Hopefully my stuff arrives but it makes me happy that they would try and fix the problem
This app would be great if they work out all the glitches. One day you might have 6000 points and the next day they are gone and you are back at zero. Frustrating to have to contact customer service all the time. There will be difficulty selecting promos. They always seem to throw up an error. When it works it’s great. They could use some more things to purchase with your points; digital rewards would be great!
I’ve been buying this for my cat is 11 years old never never had a problem. I bought four big ones tidy cat and that big plastic container I just bought up and the litter. I don’t know what is going on, but I never had a problem with the clumping because that’s the kind I want I want a clumping. I never never had a problem so I don’t know what the people did or changed in it but it’s horrible.
I love having these reward points. I have a beagle, inside cats, and feral cats that we DNR and feed. It’s nice to be able to get the coupons with my points for money off.
Love the app. Very easy to upload receipts/invoices and earn points towards coupons & freebies! I got free pet food and a really cute branded vintage style tee shirt. I have been telling my friends and family about it.
Friendly app to use. Easy to get around and the dogs love their Purina food! Tried others but they didn’t inhale it like they do Purina.
I am the current owner of 17 indoor cats and about 8 to 10 outside cats that I see currently as you can tell we are a Purina cat family

The app gave me problems at first then after leaving a message I couldn’t be happier. We are parents to multiple pets and the coupons help me buy good and healthy pet food. I have been a Purina girl my whole life that’s all my grandpa would feed his hunting dogs.
