UnTrap for YouTube

以前から動作が不安定だったが特定のチャンネルの個別ブロックやNGワードを設定しているが表示されないはずの動画が表示されるようになってる。 ブロックを押してもサムネすら消せない。 有料アプリにしては更新も遅く今後に期待は出来ない。

even after uninstalling and reinstalling its doesnt redirect the homepage nor does it block shorts

Although this app is extremely helpful for me personally, it does cause a noticable performance impact on Safari, even on an iphone 17.

V9.9 just turned this app into a complete scam. They paywalled all the useful features with a never-ending subscription. Can’t get rid of the sidebar, can’t heavily edit or hide the left menu bar, nothing. Even in their own screenshots here on the App Store they show settings that no longer exist except for their subscription. My advice delete this app and never come back. It is now just another App Store bait and switch. Also make sure to submit a scam report to apple so we can remove this scam from the App Store.

UnTrap has made using YouTube so much nicer by providing an unobtrusive, distraction free experience. Being able to remove recommended videos in the video page and redirecting the home page to my subscription feed are my favorite features. Well worth the money, and the devs are constantly updating it to keep up with changes in YouTube and to improve the user experience of the extension, which I appreciate. And all of these updates are free, which I doubly appreciate. As of now, only a few features are locked behind a subscription. I don’t feel the need to use these features, so I haven’t bought a subscription yet. But when I’m more financially secure, I will consider paying for it solely to support the devs for their hard work because I think they deserve it. Hopefully, the devs never feel the need to lock the rest of the app behind a subscription.

I cannot find the option anywhere. What’s weird is it actually showed up and worked for a minute, then disappeared?? Is it part of the premium package?

App doesn’t even work half the time. It steals your data and passwords and sell your data to 3rd party users, and the app itself doesn’t even block shorts 99% of the time It only blocks shorts on YouTube home in the app, and nowhere else Absolute gimmick, don’t install this POS malware on your iPhones

This is a fantastic app that gives you control over every aspect of your YouTube experience. There are obvious features such as greyscale and time limits for the site, but you can turn off details as small as user profile pictures or subscriber counts. These may seem like small changes, but really make a difference and have helped me to reduce visual noise.

Can you please update this because hide suggestions is not working anymore currently, this extension is seriously so great though so, just want to get it working again
