The Blink Charging mobile app was created with you in mind. We are making it more convenient and seamless to charge your EV. Whether you are charging at home or your favorite public charge location, your charging experience has been upgraded. LOCATE EV CHARGING STATIONS Find public electric vehicle charging stations on the Blink Charging mobile app. Search for an EV charger location by zip code, city, business name, location category, or physical address. LOCATION INFORMATION View photos of the location, locate nearby amenities, view real-time EV charging information and status, such as type of EV charging available (Level 2 or DC), EV charging status (available, busy, or unavailable), charging or parking fees, and host or property site information. FAVORITE CHARGE LOCATION Favorite frequent visited location for quick access and convenient status searches. MANAGE CHARGE SESSIONS Monitor real-time information during a charging session and view details about the charging session including occupancy time, estimated charge session cost, charging stations information, energy delivered, and current vehicle charging speed. MANAGE PAYMENT INFORMATION View transaction history, view detail charge receipt, refill your Blink account, view your account and notification settings, and choose how you receive EV charging status updates and notifications (email or text message), update payment information, and edit personal account information. RECEIVE CHARGING STATUS UPDATES Check the status of your EV charge. Set charging status notifications that provide you with updates to your EV charging session. Get notifications for all statuses including: charging, charging completed, EV unplugged, fault occurrence SETUP AND MANAGE HQ 200 Setup and manage HQ 200, Blink’s home charging station. Conveniently charge from home, track charging history, configure station setting, and manage charge session. EXPANDED NETWORK The Blink Network continues to expand! Now EV drivers can charge at SemaConnect charging stations. Existing SemaConnect drivers can use the Blink Charging mobile app to charge their EVs. SemaConnect drivers can search for available chargers on the network, charge at all public Blink and SemaConnect stations, manage active charging session, setup/manage Series 4 stations, manage charging history, manage payment wallet, and much more. It lists private chargers as public. It also charges a different price that what is posted for the charger
The app is good but has a couple annoying bugs. It always notifies me that charging has stopped after a just started charging. A charging started notification might come before or after. Also it’s confused sometimes about whether the charger is plugged in. Other than than seems good. It would be nice if it didn’t bury private chargers behind a few buttons.
I usually use a different brand of charger and this one is so complicated to figure out!
Add 100 miles of range in under 10 minutes, great speed. The only downside is pulling up to eight different stations and not sure which unit was which.
Frustrated for 15 minutes at the parking garage trying to get the app to work. Added and deleted my CC only to find a $0 balance. Called customer service and the rep says that it’s “pay as you go.” Why not make that clear. Also the QR code at the station results in an error. ChargePoint is 💯 better!!
The app keep failing to charge and disconnect my car. Also does not show any availability open
How can this app always be down? The customer service doesn’t resolve anything for you.
The card worked bc perfectly however my cost went up? I charge at this location all time and it’s never been higher then $3.71 Yesterday over $5.00 I need more locations I’ve been using charge point and they are opening several hubs directly across the street from this location FYI
Have had issues trying to charge due to payment and not being able to reload via the app is very frustrating and foolish.
Will not accept credit card info. Tried two different cards, kept erroring out. Now says I have reached the limit of times to add payment, and have to wait 24 hours. Worthless piece of junk app.
It works but the interface I’d often difficult to navigate, particularly when identify a physical charger and matching it to is representation in the app.
