Barely works
This app has saved my butt so much
After charging me a membership fee, they charged me an additional amount that is unexplained. Now, when I attempt to access the app, I am told me account is permanently blocked. So I’ve paid them twice for none of the things they promised, and now they’ve blocked my access but haven’t closed my account. Literally criminal activity.

Started off great for a while and then one day I get a message saying my bank has been disconnected. Every time I tried to reconnect it, I’d get a message saying that it couldn’t connect to my bank. Finally after paying off the Cash Boost, I was able to reconnect my bank. I tried to apply for an advance and I get a message saying I need to use another bank because the bank account I’ve been using for months is being used by another customer. It’s the same account I’ve been using since I opened my membership. Also there’s been login problems where you constantly get error messages trying to log in. You have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to fix it, but it’s almost constantly this happens. After so many headaches, I just cancelled my membership. Support is OK, but when they can’t help, they just give you generic responses.
I tried to log in the app because I needed another advance but when I try it says that something is wrong. Can u fix it or is it on my end?. Thanks.
this app no longer works when trying to apply for cash advance. It keeps coming up and saying something went wrong.
I made an account and put my card info and was immediately signed out of my account and blocked before I could even use it.
At my surprise they gave me a cash advance! Paid the loan back! Now I’m eligible for another! Make it make sense !
