I recently ordered and I am still waiting on shipment. If you need the items quickly do not order from here.

Make sure you don’t intent on returning anything. The app makes it almost impossible and you have to pay the shipping fees to send anything back

Too long. You say that most things ship within 7 days. My order isn’t expected to ship til June 5th and I placed the order a week ago.

The app is too hard to navigate. Tried to do a return and repurchase and couldn’t get out of my orders page. Closed app, opened again and nothing in my shopping cart. Disappointing.

The clothes never fit. It’s impossible to return. They stalk you online with ads and notifications on your phone

My experience with Halara customer service has been such an exceptional one. They made the process of returning/ exchanging such an easy process and GREAT communication. Halara has definitely gained a loyal customer here! I recommend this for all my plus size girlies out there. THANK YOU AGAIN TEAM HALARA!!!! 🫶🏼🥰

Love halara clothes. Very comfortable. Price may be a little high but worth the purchase.

Item wasn’t marked as pre order item and it held up my other three items being delivered by three weeks. I’m hoping they can simply ship the three items separately so that I can receive them in a timely manner and ship the pre-order item when it comes in.

The materials are soft and good quality. I finally don’t hear my hubby complaining about being able to see through them so that’s always a plus! Have multiple items. Leggings, shorts, shirts, dresses, all have been great! Extremely pleased!

Beyond frustrated with Halara. I had ONE pre-sale item in my order, so instead of shipping the available items separately, they held my entire order for over a month. I contacted customer support multiple times and was repeatedly told the available items would ship within 24–48 hours… that never happened. What made it worse was the customer service experience. Every time I tried to follow up, I was sent back to the same conversation thread where the representative stopped responding completely. No updates, no accountability, nothing. Now we’ve finally reached the pre-sale shipment date and guess what? My order STILL hasn’t shipped. The app, customer service, and overall experience have been terrible. Waiting over a month with constant false promises is unacceptable. Never again.
