Getting charged for a order I never even received is crazy work and no customer service just refusal of the refund mind you I’ve been trying to stop payment for months but still getting charged now I gotta change my card to stop this random charge every week
Buy now, pay later comes in clutch when payday is a little too far away! Four is also very generous with your spending limit from the start. Would recommend to anyone looking for a buy now, pay later pay in four app.
I was not pleased to have an $700 limit with Amazon then when order placed with the card number provided the order was cancelled but my card was still charged (although I was able to cancel the order; money was returned). The first order went smoothly but the second time around was an unfortunate experience.
Paid off my balances EARLY and my spending power is 46 while the big 200 laughs in my face. You open chat and it’s the stupid AI bot with no live customer service. If the service isn’t resolved by renewal date I’m cancelling. It worked great for 3 orders no idea why I have such an extremely low limit for my next order.
Not sure what changed, however when I first subscribed, it was great and now it's falling down. I can't subscribe anymore but just placed an order a week ago with no issue.

App has major glitch. Everytime I try to and payment type so I could start using app. It blinks out and starts over. Tried to contact someone but only get stupid AI responses and the same stupid replies to every question. No matter how you rephrase it. Might be a good thing if it actually worked properly and had live agents to help out customers.

This app sucks . No luck with customer service, you get the run around. Or no replies at all. Payments on time and soon as you ask questions about your power going up or down . (Oh they can’t reply back hardly , but they can knock your power down each time you ask). Been having an issue with them since April 2026 . I literally cannot stand this sorry app
I’ve never used the app and it gave me a spending power but when I click a store, my spending power is showing $0.
