Put a reservation for 4-11:30, and it changed it to 6-11. What a waste of money and time, waiting for my refund. Don’t get this awful app for parking there are plenty of other apps
Great buy
Could not get website to work on iPhone or iPad. Then tried iPhone app. It cashed my credit card but then gave error and did not issue the pass. I then cancelled but it did not issue a refund. Had a friend try on their iPhone and it did not work for them either. Tried the phone number to parking.com and that did not work either. Total ripoff!
This is a horrible website
Terrible app. Even after you’ve entered all your information (including license plate), it errors out saying license playe is blank.
I downloaded the app, I put in all my information to park. After my session was activated it asked me if i wanted to create an account. I said yes. It then cleared all my information. I had to put it in a second time. Then i created a user name and password. It then made me log in. Then it didn’t have my session at all.
This app or website is very difficult to navigate to the same parking spot and save information. I have never had an easy time joining this app. There’s too much going on.
What’s the point of having an account if you can’t store basic information like tag number and credit card information? There are always errors in the app as well.
Given how easy other parking apps are, like spot hero this application is frustrating. It’s not user friendly and it’s very easy to make a mistake. I wish it would not automatically default your exit time as this has been the biggest issue and caused the biggest confusion.
The city of new orkeans utilizes this app for their street parking so I do not have much of a choice regarding using it but it truly is terrible and they have done little to improve it over the last couple of years. I have payment saved in my account but continue to have to input it every time I park. There are consistent errors when I try to pay. Everything about it is not user friendly.
I have a CC saved to my account but still asks me to add payment info when I check out. Even when I have a session and need to extend time, it asks me for payment info AGAIN! This takes up time and causes confusion every single time. I waste time just trying to pay. FIX THIS PLEASE! Came back to say I recently spent 30 MINUTES TRYING TO CHECKOUT AND PAY FOR PARKING. I TRIED BOTH WITH AND WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT! GOD FORBID THERE IS AN EMERGENCY, I’ll just take the parking ticket instead. This is THE WORST PARKING APP!!!!! Fix it!!!!
